In 2007 I started working for IGWUN Computers, and four years later PC Help acquired the company. I was fortunate enough to stay on with the new company, with whom I’ve really enjoyed getting to work on new challenges.
I’m especially talented in approaching problems from a different angle to determine repairs that may have not been considered. Problem solving is an important part of my job, so I’m constantly striving to be a more effective member of that process.
I love when I am able to provide the “impossible” for our clients. One time we had a client whose server had a raid failure, while at the same time their backup drive failed as well. Usually raid drives and their data are considered to be unrecoverable, but in this instance I was actually able to recover all the data the customer needed from the raid drive.
Personally, I’m so proud of receiving my Associate and Bachelor degrees, they’re a big part of my development towards the skilled staff member at PC Help that I am today. When I have free time, I prefer to spend it with my family, or working in my garage.
The team at PC Help were very courteous, knowledgeable and provide benefit of past experience with similar issues. All questions answered or explained. This promotes a feeling of confidence regarding potential future consultation / service should issues arise. PC Help is to commended for its personnel and service.
